Daughter of John and Mary (McMillan) Weaver.
Wife of John Jeffrey.

From the Steubenville Weekly Gazette, Aug. 14, 1896:

Mrs. John Jeffrey, whose death was noted Saturday, was the mother of Mrs. Chas. McConnell [McCullough] of this city. Her other children are Graham of Albany, N. Y.; Mrs. Robert Foulk, Knox township; Mrs. Edward Mills, Wellsville, and Mrs. Rogers and Mrs. Smith of Washington county, Pa. The funeral services were held at Knoxville Saturday afternoon at one o'clock, conducted in the presence of a large concourse of people by Rev. Gowdy, at the Knoxville U. P. church, of which church deceased had been a life long member. She was born in Washington county, Pa., removing to this county with her husband about twenty-five years ago. She was a most estimable woman in every respect and in her death the community in which she lived loses one of the truest and purest of women and mothers, and one of the best and kindest of neighbors, and her loss will be mourned by a large circle of friends.
