Military Figure. He was the hungarian captain of the castle at Lendava. Killed in battle with the Ottamans he was buried quietly on the mountainside. In 1733 his remains were found and he was reintered in the Holy Trinity Chapel. His mummified body was put into a glass coffin and he can be seen there today. Captain Hadik is the only mummy in Slovenia. The soil which is great for wine might have been a factor in the preservation.
