He retired from Warner Gear as a supervisor in 1968, where he had worked for 40 years. Mr. Tosh was a member of the Christian Church, the Daleville Masonic Lodge 730, and the Sympathy Club at Warner Gear. He and his wife, Eula, had celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary last March.
Survivors in addition to his wife are two daughters, Mrs. Hugh (Joelma) Powers, Bristol, Tenn., and Mrs. Howard (Evelyn) Hole, Muncie; one sister, Mrs. Ida Mae Martin, McMinnville, Tenn.; nine grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be at 10:30 a.m. Thursday at Parson Mortuary Chapel, with Rev. Robert H. Opperman, pastor of Yorktown Christian Church, officiating. Entombment will be in Elm Ridge Mausoleum. Calling hours will be 2-5 and 7-9 p.m. Wednesday and prior to services Thursday.
