Mrs. Dora Bennett McElfresh, former resident of Springfield, died Sunday in New York City at the age of 92 years. She resided for many years at 607 South Seventh street. Mrs. McElfresh was the daughter of Perry B. and Amanda Bennett. One niece, Mrs. Isadora B. Reed, New York, survives. The remains will arrive in Springfield at 3 p. m. today and will be taken to T. C. Smith Sons funeral home. The funeral party will leave the Smith chapel at 10 a. m. tomorrow for Oak Ridge cemetery, where burial will be made following graveside services.
