Noah was the fourth child of ten children born to Daniel Replogle and Barbara Penrod. He was a farmer and resided in Plymouth, Indiana until 1870. He resided in "West Township, Marshall county, Indiana for five years before he entered the service." Donaldson Indiana until 20 Aug 1903...then Kankakee Twp (LaPorte Co) Indiana, res 1900 West Twp (Marshall Co) Indiana with his nephew Daniel Livinghouse. Civil War service: Private, Co I, 151 regiment, Indiana Volunteers, enlisted Feb 27 1865 in Plymouth Indiana for one year. Mustered out (disability discharge) Louisville Kentucky Aug 5 1865 from Jeffersonville Hospital in Indiana. Physical description: 5' 9 1/4", complexion dark; eyes hazel; hair dark.
Noah married Mary Ann Winans on 24 Mar 1849 in Marshall County, Indiana. She was the daughter of Elijah Smith and Miria (McCaw) Winans. Elijah's ancestor was John Winans (b. 1640, d. Dec 1694 in Elizabethtown New Jersey and was of Dutch descent---a prominent man among the "80 Associates" who founded and settled Elizabethtown New Jersey in 1664-1665). Mary Ann was b. 26 Sep 1831 in New York State and d. 12 Apr 1888 probably in LaPorte, Indiana. They had eleven children:

Noah was the fourth child of ten children born to Daniel Replogle and Barbara Penrod. He was a farmer and resided in Plymouth, Indiana until 1870. He resided in "West Township, Marshall county, Indiana for five years before he entered the service." Donaldson Indiana until 20 Aug 1903...then Kankakee Twp (LaPorte Co) Indiana, res 1900 West Twp (Marshall Co) Indiana with his nephew Daniel Livinghouse. Civil War service: Private, Co I, 151 regiment, Indiana Volunteers, enlisted Feb 27 1865 in Plymouth Indiana for one year. Mustered out (disability discharge) Louisville Kentucky Aug 5 1865 from Jeffersonville Hospital in Indiana. Physical description: 5' 9 1/4", complexion dark; eyes hazel; hair dark.
Noah married Mary Ann Winans on 24 Mar 1849 in Marshall County, Indiana. She was the daughter of Elijah Smith and Miria (McCaw) Winans. Elijah's ancestor was John Winans (b. 1640, d. Dec 1694 in Elizabethtown New Jersey and was of Dutch descent---a prominent man among the "80 Associates" who founded and settled Elizabethtown New Jersey in 1664-1665). Mary Ann was b. 26 Sep 1831 in New York State and d. 12 Apr 1888 probably in LaPorte, Indiana. They had eleven children:
