Francis R. Welsh, 71, died Tuesday at St Anthony Hospital. Services will be 4 pm Wednesday at Hahn-Cook, Street & Draper Funeral Home with interment in Rose Hill Mausoleum.
Born in Oklahoma City, he was an underwriter for Pacific Mutual Life Insurance Co. He was a World War I veteran, a member of the Life Underwriters Association, Men's Dinner Club, Million Dollar Roundtable, Beta Theta Pi social fraternity, and the Baptist Church. He was also a graduate of the University of Oklahoma.
Survivors include his wife, Lena B., of 2508 NW 57. The family requests memorials be made to the American Cancer Society.
