**Aud, James Wilson Sr., 73, of 3222 E. 10th. St., Owensboro, died Sunday at Owensboro-Daviess County Hospital. Services are at 11:30 a.m. Wednesday at St. Pius X Catholic Church. Entombment in Resurrection Cemetery. Visitation from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. today at James H. Davis Funeral Home, where prayers will be said at 7 p.m. today. The Knights of Columbus Council No. 817 will have prayers at 6:30 p.m. today at the funeral home. It is included above.** James Wilson Aud Sr., 73, of 3222 E. 10th St. died Sunday, Aug. 8, 1993, at Owensboro-Daviess County Hospital. He was born in Louisville; retired in 1984 as captain of security at Green River Steel; and was a member of St. Pius X Catholic Church, Windridge Country Club, Knights of Columbus, Travelers Protective Association, American Association of Retired Persons and James L. Yates Post No. 9 of the American Legion. He served in the Navy during World War II and was a Kentucky Colonel. His wife, Mary Catherine Basham Aud, died in 1973. Survivors include two sons, James Wilson Aud Jr. and Mark D. Aud, both of Owensboro; a daughter, Priscilla Ann Brey of Owensboro; nine grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; and two aunts. Services are at 11:30 a.m. Wednesday at St. Pius X Catholic Church. Entombment in Resurrection Cemetery. Visitation from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. Tuesday at James H. Davis Funeral Home, where prayers will be said at 7 p.m. Tuesday.
