Fred H. Wiegert, 80, of Route 2, Reedsville, died early Friday morning, Dec. 10, at Memorial Hospital, Manitowoc.
Funeral services will be 2 p.m. Monday at Grace Lutheran Church, Valders. The Rev. Marcus Koch will officiate and burial will be in the church cemetery.

Mr. Wiegert was born April 20, 1902, in the Town of Cato, son of the late William and Mary Hansen Wiegert. He farmed the family homestead farm until his retirement. He married Johanna Tegge Sept. 26, 1931, at Manitowoc. Mr. Wiegert was a past board member of Grace Lutheran Church and the present treasurer and sexton of Grace Lutheran Cemetery Association.

Survivors include his wife, two sons and daughters-in-law, Frederick C. and Patricia Wiegert of Madison and Donald W. and Patricia Wiegert of Rhinelander; a daughter and son-in-law, Marjorie and Norman Krueger of Chilton; a brother, Isadore Wiegert of Manitowoc Rapids; three sisters, Mrs. Frieda Pautz of Appleton, Mrs. Kermit (Laura) Schwalbe of Manitowoc and Mrs. Belina Rusch of Shakopee, Minn., and nine grandchildren. His parents and a sister preceded him in death.

Friends may call at Reedsville Funeral Home 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. Sunday until 11 a.m. Monday and at the church from noon until the time of service.
