Burial at Granary based upon the fact that her husband is buried here and the information from a Katherine McClure - a direct descendant.Gov. John Endicott married (2) probably in Boston, 18 August 1630, "_____ Gibson," born about 1607 (but deposed 13 April 1674, aged "about sixty years," the daughter of Philobert Cogan of Chard, Somersetshire, who bequeathed to "daughter Elizabeth Endecott" in his 10 February 1640/1 will, evidently the widow of _____ GIBSON. She died after 13 April 1674.
They had two known children: John & Zerubbabel.

Elizabeth was born about 1600 in Cambridge England. She died in Boston, Suffolk Co, Mass. No authority is provided.

An Endicott researcher from Salem, Oregon with unidentified sources adds:
john Endicott married (2nd marriage) Elizabeth Cogan Gibson (daughter of Philobet and Ann Marshall Cogan) on August 18, 1630. She was 16 (and a widow) at the
time of her marriage to Gov John Endecott. She was born between 1613 - 1614.
Elizabeth died September 18, 1676.
