He served in the U.S. Air Force in Korea and Vietnam, worked as deputy Sheriff for Eaton Co., and Inspector for the State of Michigan. He was a member of Oneida Gospel Church, Eveready Club, and enjoyed model trains.
He is survived by his wife of 46 years, Wanda, daughters Carolyn (Thomas) Foster, Judy (Gordon) Long, Diane Iiams, Charlene (Bob) Stangl, and Donna Marie (Jeff) Seavolt, 8 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by children Carol Sue and Cole Thomas Dinsmore, and brothers Dave and Roger Dinsmore.
Memorial service was at the Oneida Gospel Church. Military graveside services conducted by the U. S. Air Force will follow.
