Scherer Sr.; dearest mother of Mary (Dan) Huggins, Carol (Greg) Steiner, Steve (Debbie) Scherer, John (Diane) Scherer, Donna (Paul) Narsh, Patrick (Jeannie) Scherer, Kathy (Kurt) Ludwig; dear grandmother of Catie, Andy, Colleen, David, John, Stephanie, Courtney, Kristin, Christine, Michael, Joseph, Kendall, Nicholas, Derek and Ian; dear sister of Walter Schaumburg Jr.; sister-in-law of the late Virginia M. Schaumburg; our dear aunt, cousin, godmother and friend. Jeanne was a 4th degree member of the Santa Cruz Council K of C Women's Auxiliary. A Lady of Charity at the Caritas Center in Normandy and an active member of her church serving as both a greeter and an Eucharistic Minister. Services: Funeral from the STYGAR FLORISSANT Chapel and Cremation Center, 13980 New Halls Ferry Rd. on Tuesday, January 31 at 9:15 a.m. then process to Blessed Teresa of Calcutta Catholic Church, 1050 Smith Ave., for 10:00 a.m. Mass. Interment Calvary Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, the family respectfully requests memorials to St. Vincent de Paul Society. VISITATION MONDAY, 3-8 p.m.
