Mary Magdalene Godfrey Handley, 91, of Cordova, passed away on Monday, Feb. 6, 2012, at her residence.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, Feb. 8, 2012, at Kilgore-Green Funeral Home. Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. today, Feb. 9, 2012, at Kilgore-Green Chapel. Burial will follow at Walker Memory Gardens. Wayne Williams and Joe Holdbrooks will officiate.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 62 years, Stancil D. "Mutt" Handley.
She is survived by her daughter; three grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; a sister and a brother both of Sipsey; and special friends, the Garrigan's.
