ETHEL JULIA (PLUMLEE) KAMMERDIENER
Services for Ethel Julia (Plumlee) Kammerdiener, 95, of Gainesville are set for 10 a.m. Friday at Hillcrest Church of Christ with Ben Willingham officiating. Burial will follow in Fairview Cemetery under the direction of Clement-Keel Funeral Home.
Mrs. Kammerdiener died Oct. 14, 2008 at her home in Gainesville.
She was born April 3, 1913 in Whitesboro to William and Cassie (Stone) Plumlee.
On May 28, 1930, she married Charley Kammerdiener in Gainesville.
She was a member of Commerce Street Church of Christ in Gainesville and a homemaker.
Survivors include two sons and daughters-in-law, Charley and Eloise Kammerdiener of Bossier City, La; Bryan and Susan Kammerdiener of Gainesville and four daughters and sons-in-law, Nancy Krahl of Valley View; Gladys and Arthur Anglin, Jr. of Callisburg; Norma and Robert McNew ofGainesville; Polly and Jack Bevil of Houston, 32 grandchildren, 73 great-grandchildren, 14 great-great-grandchildren; brother, Terry Plumlee of Gainesville, four sisters and brothers-in-law, Thelma Plumlee of Gainesville, Ruth McDonall of Collinsville, Mildred and "Sock" Jasper of Stinnett; Billie June and E.W. Willingham of Callisburg.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Charley Kammerdiener; son, Clifford Kammerdiener, two daughters Dorine Kammerdiener and Thelma Austin, five brothers, four sisters and two grandchildren.
Pallbearers are grandsons.
A visitation is planned for 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday at Clement-Keel Funeral Home.
