There might be a missprint on her gravestone. She is found on the 1880 census of Alabama, Coosa County, Weogufka, ED 053 page 3 (from Ancestry.com) She is living with her son, Sanford Roberson. It states she was born in SC, and parents also born in SC. She is listed as disabled, paralized on left side and cannot write. These markers were obviously placed many years after her death. After her death, Sanford moved to Independence County, AR and is buried there.
