In addition to his wife, Mr. Straub was survived by sons, Guy Leo and Clayton Oliver Straub; and by his daughter, Mrs. Beatrice L. Orange.
Mr. Straub was preceded in death by his second wife, Jennie Sorensen Straub, in 1918; by his son, Harry Willard Straub; and by his parents, Alexander and Catherine Frein Straub.
