Her grandma was Lavina Ackerman Carrington, is there a chance the middle name is misspelled here and should be Lavina? Also she was actually born 7 August 1887 and was on several census records with that date. That is also what her SS has but the CA death record listed her birth incorrectly.
Her parents were Alphonso L Carrington and Rosabelle Ivonne Merrifield.
Since there is no stone picture I am wondering if someone just posted what the death of CA said for her birth. She was married in 1908 to John J Trice and they were on the 1910 census as being married 2 years with no children...she couldn't have been married if born in 1894 in 1908. She was born in Colorado and married to John there.
