Musician, Composer. R&B artist who came to prominence in the United Kingdom in 1990 via two 12" singles entitled 'I Can't Live Without You' and 'If You Don't Love Me'. Originally, Quinn sang with the Elements of Love as a teenager. In his early days he toured with several Stax Records artists, opening, on occasions, for the Barkays. He was an accomplished bass player who worked for Al Green and played for the group White Heat. Quinn had worked alongside many soul artists along with several rock performers including Bob Dylan and members of the Rolling Stones.
