Florence Rosenthal, of Los Angeles, CA, born in Chicago, IL, passed away peacefully on the morning of February 23, 2012 at the age of ninety-five.

Florence was the loving daughter of Isaac and Sadie Sprintz, the devoted wife of the late Samuel Rosenthal, and the loving sister of the late Evelyn S. Hersh, Celia Lipkin, and Estelle Chester, and is survived by and was the loving mother of Phillip Joseph Randall, Mel Scott Randall, and Steven Kenneth Randall, the loving grandmother of Michelle Stacy Randall and Sheri Heather Randall, the loving aunt of Barbara Michelle Mednick and Ira Sheldon Chester, and the loving mother-in-law of Helen Randall Ponder.

Florence loved music and was a talented soloist for the Chansonettes singing group. Florence was a full charge bookkeeper prior to her marriage, and a housewife and a loving wife, mother, and grandmother after her marriage until her passing.

Funeral services will be held at Hillside Memorial Park on Friday, February 24, 2012 at 2:00 p.m., with a viewing from 1:00 to 1:50 p.m.
