Mr. Moseley was born on October 7, 1931, in Britt, Iowa, the son of John Russell and Nannie (Hough) Moseley. He married Helen Lambert on January 27, 1951. She survives.
He retired from computer operations with United Airlines from 1954 to 1996. He was a member of First United Methodist Church in Olney. He was a U.S. Army Korean War veteran and was a member of Veterans of Foreign Wars in Clay City and American Legion in Olney.
Mr. Moseley is survived by his wife, Helen Moseley, of Olney; a son, Dwane Moseley and his wife, Mary, of Downingtown, Penn.; a daughter, Pamela Moseley, of Warrenville; and four grandchildren, Brian, Steven, Lisa and Kurtis.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Burial with full military rites was in Clay City Cemetery.
