Lord Noel Byron
Birth: Jan. 22, 1788
Greater London, England
Death: Apr. 19, 1824
Regional unit of Aetolia-Acarnania
West Greece, Greece

Poet. Born in 1788, Byron is the most famous and controversial of his contemporaries. He was always a study in contrasts, a melancholy satirist, an aristocratic champion of the common man, handsome and adored but obsessed with a small personal deformity. He fled England to escape scandal and a failed marriage and died of fever in 1824. His natural gift for poetry was the only consistency in his troubled life. Yet even during his own lifetime, his personal life overshadowed his work. (bio by: Dario Pejic)

Theresa (to whom you addressed "Parting") was 12 years old, sir. I used to arrest men like you, sir. There is no Statute of Limitations on child sexual assault, sir. I suppose eternity's bar of judgement is even more stern than that of earth, sir.
