Jenny Mae Durham, 82, Jackson Towers, Campbellsville, died Wednesday, Jan. 13, 1988, at the Taylor County Hospital after an extended illness. Born April 4, 1904, in Ash County, N.C., she was the daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Jim Jones. She was a member of the East Campbellsville Church of God. She is survived by three sons, Channie Osborne and Harley Osborne, both of Campbellsville, and Howard Osborne, Ohio; four daughters, Lessie Redick and Ruth Redford, Ohio, and Ethel Edelen and Betty Lemmon, Campbellsville; one step-son, Charles Durham, Campbellsville; five step-daughters, Mildred Gibson, Barbara Cox and Patsy Glidewell, all of Campbellsville, Elenoira Light, Tennessee, and Betty Keene, Flordia; 29 grandchildren; 31 great-grandchildren; 20 step-grandchildren; 9 step-great-grandchildren and several other relatives and a host of friends. She was preceded in death by two sons and two daughters. The funeral was at 2 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 16, at the Lyon-DeWitt Funeral Home Chapel with burial in the Hardin Cemetery in Adair County. The Revs. Ben Spencer and Frank Boils officiated.
