Professional Wrestler. Nicknamed "Moose" for his 450 pound frame, he stood 6 feet 4 inches tall, a popular wrestler in the mid-west. He started wrestling in the early 1950s, with opponents such as stars Buddy Rogers, Angelo Poffo, Bobo Brazil, Dick the Bruiser, and The Crusher. After retiring from wrestling in the early 1980s, he went to work for the city of Chicago, Illinois as an engineer.
