widow of Fred, died in Lincoln on March 30, 2015.
Born in Scotia on March 29,
1923 to John and Mary (Walkowiak) Sintek.
Lucille is a 1940 graduate of Scotia
High School. She is also a graduate of the Dental Nurses Technical College in
San Francisco. She worked as a dental nurse in San Francisco and Lincoln from
1941-1957. Lucille was united in marriage to Fred A. Braemer on February 23,
1955. Fred brought to this marriage two children, Connie and Fred Jr. Lucille
was never blessed with children of her own but was a very special aunt to
several generations of nieces and nephews.
Lucille lived in Niangua, Mo.
until the death of her husband in 1989. She then moved to Lincoln to be closer
to family. She filled her days doing what she loved most, helping others.
Lucille spent countless hours doing volunteer work mostly at Tabitha and at St.
Teresa's Church and Thrift Store. Lucille is a member of St. Teresa's Catholic
Church, Legion of Mary, Catholic Daughters, DCCW, Hospice Volunteers (Mo.) and
Certified Respite (Mo.). Family was very important to Lucille. Her family loved
her very much and she will be greatly missed.
In addition to being survived
by Connie King, Fred Braemer, Jr. and their families, Lucille is also survived
by her nieces, Patricia Sintek Churray, Mary Lee (Mrs. Les) Brown and Donita
Sintek; sister-in-law, Eunice Sintek and several generations of great nieces and
nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband; brothers, Norris
Sintek, Joseph Sintek; brother (sister-in-law), Raymond (Dorothy) Sintek; nephew
(Godson) Lawrence Sintek; and nieces, Beverly Harrison and Aletta Moore.
Burial in Calvary Cemetery.
