A joint funeral for Michon Cardinal Overton, 28, and her daughter, Vittoria Grace Barbagelata, 7, will be conducted in Reno. Mrs. Overton, her husband, William, and their daughter died in the crash of their private plane on the family ranch at Yeso, New Mexico.
Mrs. Overton, a native of Reno, was formerly married to Alfred Barbagelata, operator of the Riverside Flower Shop here in Reno. Another of their children, Alfred Barbagelata, esd not in the airplane when it crashed.
A Requiem Mass will be celebrated in St. Thomas Aquinas Cathedral.
Mrs. Overton is survived by her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Ralph F. Cardinal, of Reno; her son, Alfie, and a twin sister, Michelle Van Vleck, of Sacramento.
Mother and daughter will be buried in the Mountain View Cemetery.
