Anfesia's first husband Deac. Michael Philip "Mike" TUTIAKOFF (1892-1933) died in the wreck of the "Umnak Native;" a monument to him is near her grave. She remarried a few years after his death and went on to become a well-known Aleut leader and spokesperson as well as culture bearer and Reader in the church. Her son Philemon Michael "Phil" TUTIAKOFF (1927-1985) is also buried here.
