Julia was a 1987 graduate of Poquoson High School and a lifelong resident of the Peninsula.
Survivors include her daughter, Lindsey Futrell; mother, Dorothy Manzie Lytle and husband, Carroll of Poquoson; father, Harry P. Ramsey and wife, Cheryl of Newport News; husband, George Futrell; brother, David Ramsey; stepbrothers, Brian and Alan Lytle; and stepsister, Terri Ball.
The family will receive friends from 7 to 8 p.m. Wednesday, Feb.17, at Peninsula Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday, Feb. 18, at Peninsula Funeral Home, officiated by Dr. Michael Condrey, with burial to follow in Peninsula Memorial Park.
