She is survived by one sister, Mrs. Edith Williams of Tunnelton; three brothers, Robert Bailey of Masontown, Edward Bailey of Fellowsville and Mervin Bailey of Newburg. She was preceded in death by her husband, Dewey Jacobs; two brothers and two sisters. Burial was in the Masontown Cemetery.
