Leta Faye (Peachee) Fletcher was born June 12, 1929 in Jay to Lem James and Cecil Gertrude (Allen) Peachee. She passed away April 23, 2012 in Tulsa at the age of 82.

Leta was a Medical Records Manager at Siloam Springs Memorial Hospital for many years. She loved to go fishing and camping. Leta also loved fashion designing and painting. She enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

She is survived by her husband of 40 years, Marvin Fletcher of Siloam Springs, Ark.; children, Jerry Scott and wife Sam of Skiatook, Terry Scott and wife Sandy of Tulsa, and Johnny Scott and wife Darla of Tulsa; grandchildren, Jim Scott, Kim Skaggs, Danny Scott, Lee Scott, Machelle Potter, Bruce Scott, Michael Scott, Joe Scott and Weston Scott; 16 great-grandchildren; brother, Dearl Peachee and wife Geraldine of Gentry, Ark.; and many other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Lem and Cecil Peachee; and brothers, J.W. Peachee and Jim Peachee.

Arrangements and services were entrusted to Johnson Funeral Home of Sperry.
