Gary W. Phelps, 58 passed away on April 16, 2012. He was born on March 7, 1945 in Victoria, Texas to Garnar Lee and Erna E. Eichhorn Phelps. He owned and operated South Texas Meat & Deli Service for about 20 years then later went on to open a mechanic shop. He enjoyed hunting, fishing and spending time with his family
He leaves behind his mother Erna Phelps and beloved children Ryan Phelps, Taylor Phelps and Gary Wayne Phelps, Jr. He also leaves behind a brother and niece. He will be dearly missed by his family and friends.
