VIRGINIA SCHULZ

Virginia Schulz, age 65, a Manitowoc resident, died on Monday morning, April 26, 2010, at her home in Manitowoc surrounded by her loving family.
She was born on July 4, 1944, in Kewaunee, daughter of the late Henry and Lucille (Klein) Karl Sr. On Jan. 8, 1966, she married Melvin Schulz in Manitowoc. He preceded her in death on Feb. 14, 1995. Virginia enjoyed gardening and was a member of the Red Hatters and Our Savior Evangelical Lutheran Church, Two Rivers.
Survivors include three daughters and sons-in-law: Susan and Michael Golen, Texas; Kay and Steve Theys, Valders; Chris and Robert Fusek II, Lena; four grandchildren: Jonathon, Alyssa, Jacob and Megan Theys; her special friend: Freckles; a sister: Clara Zimmer, Two Rivers; three brothers and a sister-in-law: Henry Karl Jr., Joseph Karl, both of Manitowoc; Gene and Jean Karl, Mishicot; four brothers-in-law and two sisters-in-law: Alan and Terry Schulz, Grafton; Jim and Kay Schulz, Two Rivers; Dennis and Debbie Schulz, Ron Schulz, Debbie Schulz, Lori and Attilla Vurusaner; and her mother-in-law: Delores Schulz, all of Manitowoc. Nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends also survive. She was also preceded in death by a brother: James; her father-in-law: Melvin G. Schulz; a brother-in-law: Vernon Zimmer and two nephews: Mark and Noel Karl.
Funeral Services will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday, April 29, 2010, at Our Savior Evangelical Lutheran Church, Two Rivers. Officiating at the Service will be the Rev. Louis Sievert with entombment at Knollwood Mausoleum, town of Kossuth.
The family will greet relatives and friends at The Pfeffer Funeral Home, Manitowoc, from 5 to 7 p.m. Wednesday, April 28, 2010. Friends may also call Thursday morning at Our Savior Evangelical Lutheran Church, Two Rivers, from 10 a.m. until the time of the service at 11 a.m.
