Matthew James Wolfe, 35, of Hanson KY went to be with the Lord, Friday, May 11, 2012. He was born January 19, 1977 in Henderson, KY to James "Randy" Wolfe and Valerie Durham Wolfe. He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Harvey Durham of Morgantown, WV.
Matthew was a member of Christ Lutheran Church. He played soccer at Madisonville North Hopkins High School, where he graduated in 1995. His greatest joy was spending time with his niece and nephew, Ellie and Nico. He was loved by all his family.
He is survived by his parents, Valerie and Randy Wolfe of Hanson, KY, a sister, Emily (Chris) Vannarsdall of Madisonville; a brother, Jason Wolfe of Philadelphia, PA, and his grandparents, James and Judy Wolfe of Eddyville, KY, and Jenette Durham of Morgantown, WV, two uncles, Harvey Durham of Little Rock, AR, and David Durham of Morgantown, WV, and an aunt, Pam Bedrock of Ripley, TN.
Memorial service will be 2:00 P.M. Saturday, May 19, 2012, at Christ Lutheran with Pastor Richard Miller officiating. Interment will be at Beverly Hills Memorial Gardens in Morgantown, W.V. at a later date.
Visitation will be 1:00 P.M. until service time on Saturday at the church.
