Mrs. Trout was born in Delaware County and continued to reside here her entire life. She attended Summitville Schools.
She was a member of Madison Street United Methodist Church, Order of Eastern Star, Muncie Chapter 104, Southside WCTU, and Mayflower Club.
Surviving are a daughter, Mrs. Warren (Olive) Sollars, Muncie; three sons, Paul and Fred Trout, both of Muncie, and Neal Trout, Auburn; a brother, Webb O. Vernon, Marion; and 13 grandchildren and 23 great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday at Meeks Mortuary with Rev. Lloyd Willert officiating. Entombment will be in Elm Ridge Mausoleum. Callers will be received at the mortuary from 2 to 5 and from 7 to 9 p.m. Monday.
