LESTER MANFRED CULLEN, 86, of 820 27th St. SW, who died Thursday, was a Wisconsin native. Mr. Cullen was retired from the Veterans Administration Hospital, Gulfport, Miss., and lived in Birmingham since the mid-1950s. Funeral services were today at Elmwood Chapel, with burial in Elmwood. Survivors include three sons, Winston Cullen, Birmingham, Edward F. Cullen, Albuquerque, N.M., and Lester P. Cullen, Orland Park, Ill.; and a sister, Mrs. Rena Miller, Birmingham.
