Celia DelBianco Was born May 17, 1917 in Pe Ell, WA, to Michael and Valentina Pivoni. Celia left us on June 10, 2008 to be with her loving husband Phil, her mother, father, sister and brothers. Celia lived most of her life in the San Francisco Bay Area. She loved to sew and garden but most of all she loved to travel, especially cruises. She served in the WAAC during World War II and after the war she spent her working years as an bookkeeper. Celia is survived by several nieces and nephews and will be missed by all who knew her.
