George A. Osgood, son-in-law of the late Commodore Vanderbilt, died at his residence, East Twenty first street, New York. He had been ill some time, and was over sixty years old. He was a stockholder and one of the largest shareholders of the Delaware, Lackawanna & Western railroad. He was the son of Robert H. Osgood a native of Salem, Massachusetts.
