Anders was raised in Thy by his parents, Frederik Svinth Kristensen and Kirsten Marie Jensdatter.

As a young man he went to Timring near Vildbjerg in Denmark.

In Timring he bought a farm and in 1882 he got married to Kristiane Pedersen. They had 11 children of which 8 grew up, they are as follows :
1st: Frederik Svinth on 23 Jun 1883 ( it was the custom in Denmark to name your first born child after your father,
regardless if they are male or female)
2nd: Peder Helligso Svinth on 25 Apr 1885 (he would
be named after his mother's father)
3rd: Marius Svinth on 21 Oct 1886
4th: Karen Svinth on 27 May 1888
5th: Morten Svinth on 11 Nov 1889 ( he would live only 8
days)
6th: Kirsten Marie Svinth on 23 Dec 1890
7th: Peter Lodal Svinth on 5 Aug 1892
8th: Martin Svinth on 24 Nov 1893
9th: Leonora Kristine Svinth on 4 Aug 1895 (she lived 7
months)
10th: Theodor Svinth on 10 Sep 1896 (he lived for 3 months)
11th: Kristen Georg on 28 Apr 1901..

On 25th of Aug, 1909 Kristiane dies. Anders marries Johanne Nielsen on 20 Sep 1910, this marriage produced no children and Johanne dies on 23rd of Mar 1914. Anders marries Petrine Svith on the 12th of Feb 1915 and this union is blessed with 6 offspring, they are as follows :
1st: Andreas Svinth on 17 Dec 1917
2nd: Vilhelm Svinth on 23 Feb 1920
3rd: Kristiane Svinth on 25 Jul 1921
4th: Maria Svinth on 9 Jul 1923
5th: Nina Svinth on 14 Oct 1924
6th: Johannes Svinth on 25 Dec 1925

When Anders´ mother died in 1894 his father lived his last years with Anders and his family on their farm in Timring.
In 1919 Anders transfers ownership of the farm "Stengren" to his son Marius and at the same time purchased a house in Hvidbjerg on the island of Thyholm, where he resides until his death in 1926.

One of Anders´ brothers, Jens and his family, immigrated in 1891 to the State of Washington where they settled and started the American branch of the family.

Bio put together by Uffe Gammelby Jensen a great grandchild of Anders and Jean Lloyd who can call Anders her great great grand Uncle, brother to Jens.
