Mrs. Jackson was born in Milledgeville and had lived in Middle Georgia for most of her life. She was a homemaker and a member of Mikado Baptist Church. Mrs. Jackson was the daughter of the late Mary Elizabeth Lavender Adams and Charlie Iverson Adams, the widow of Carl Joseph Jackson and was preceded in death by her first born son, Terry Jackson.
Mrs. Jackson is survived by her children, Pat Garrard of Macon, Carol (Clyde) Williams of Alpharetta, Donnie (Charlotte) Jackson of Lawrenceville, Mary (Mike) Garvey of Suwanee; grandchildren, Randy Couch, Angie Freeman, Terry Jackson, Jr., Todd Williams, Shonda Cook, Shawn Jackson, Joel Minick, Brad Garvey and Blair Garvey; 13 great-grandchildren; caregiver, Mery Guidry.
