He was born Sept. 24, 1948, in Wellston, the son of Chester and Bertha (Johnson) Combs Sr.
He was preceded in death by his parents; and brothers, Chester Jr., Roy, Freddie and Ronnie.
He is survived by his wife, Cassandra (Harter) Combs; children, Anisha Riebel of Circleville, Kenneth E. (Cassie) Combs Jr. of New Holland and Ryan (Stefani) Combs of Pomeroy; eight grandchildren, Brandon, Kielea, Tyler, Austin, Colton, Tristan, Hallie and Andrew; brothers, Eddie (Betty), John (Carol), Bob (Dorothy), Cecil (Bonnie) Donald (Julia), Curt (Sheila) and Wes (Margie) Combs; and sisters, Mary Lee (Charles) Sims, Betty (Larry) Perkins, Donna (Paul) Dicus and Juanita (Henry) Adams.
Funeral service will be held 1 p.m. Monday, July 2, 2012, at the Circle of Light Church with Pastor Curt Combs officiating. Burial will be in Salem Cemetery, Wellston. Friends may call from 11 a.m. until the time of service at the church on Monday.
Arrangements were completed by the Wellman Funeral Home, Circleville. Memorial contributions may be made in Kenneth's name to the funeral home or The Savings Bank.
