The body was taken to the Pfeffer funeral home where friends may call to
pay their respects after 7 p.m. Saturday. The funeral will be Monday
morning, brief rites at the funeral home at 8:30, and a requiem mass
celebrated by the Rev. Martin Jaekles in St. Paul Catholic church at 9 o'clock.
Interment will be in St. Mary's cemetery at Clarks Mills.
Mrs. Wilhelm, nee Barbara Rappel, was born in the town of Rockland on
Dec. 4, 1970. She was married to Mr. Wilhelm 47 years ago, who preceded
her in death 22 years ago. Following the couple's marriage they operated
a cheese factory at Alverno until they moved into Manitowoc 27 years ago.
The Wilhelm home is at 734 S. 23rd street.
Mrs. Wilhelm was a member of the Christian Mothers Altar society of the
St. Paul church, and the group with their pastor will meet to recite the
rosary Sunday at 7 p.m. at the funeral home.
Survivors are a sister, Mrs. Martin Einberger, city, and a brother, Wencel
Rappel, living in Idaho.
