Margaret T. Phillips, 93, of Wyoming, Del., formerly of Indianola, passed away Sunday, July 8, 2012, at her residence. She was born May 31, 1919, in Rices Landing, to the late George and Isa Helen Frost Teagarden. Margaret was a member of The New Beginnings Church of God in Delaware and former member of The Fox Chapel Methodist Church. She enjoyed quilting and sewing as her hobbies. Survivors include her sons, Donald Wayne Phillips, of North Carolina, and Charles Elmer Phillips, of Vandergrift; daughter, Ruby Jean Reedy, of Apollo; 13 grandchildren, numerous great-grandchildren and three great-great-grandchildren; and her brother, Charles E.(Karen) Teagarden, of Carmichaels. Margaret was preceded in death by her husband of 62 years, William Scott Phillips; two sisters, Sadie and Nellie Teagarden; and five brothers, Forest, Harry, Robert, Raymond and Donald Teagarden. Friends will be received from 11 a.m. until the time of service at 2 p.m. Friday at the CHARLES B. JARVIE FUNERAL HOME INC., 1607 Pittsburgh St., Cheswick.
