Eureka, Cal., Oct. 5 - (AP) - Mrs. Annie Brown Adams, 87, only surviving daughter of John Brown, of Harper's Ferry fame, died today at the home of her daughter at Shively, Humbolt county. Mrs. Adams was the only member of the family of John Brown to witness the hanging of her father in 1859.
