A 1962 graduate of McGuffey High School, she worked as a teacher's aide at McGuffey elementary schools for 20 years.
Mrs. Stollar was a past worthy matron of Evening Star Chapter Order of Eastern Star, past president of West Alexander American Legion Auxiliary, and a Girl Scout and 4-H leader for many years.
She was Presbyterian; enjoyed playing bingo; crafting and traveling.
On September 6, 1963, in Winchester, Va., she married William E. Stollar.
