UNION VETERAN
John Pritchard Succumbs To Operation For Hernia
John Pritchard, a Union veteran, who lived at Rowland for many years, passed away Saturday night as a result of an operation for hernia, with which he had been suffering for some time. He was laid to rest in Buffalo cemetery Sunday afternoon, services being conducted at the home by Mr. J. C. McClary.
Mr. Pritchard was 69 years of age and leaves a wife and two sons. He was a member of the Baptist church, and will be sincerely mourned by his many friends.
