From Der Nord Westen, 31 Jan. 1907:
Michael Kelly(sic), one of the oldest settlers of Clarks Mills, has died at age 56 following an illness of several months. He leaves 3 sons and a daughter.

Michael Kelly (sic), aged fifty-nine years, died Monday morning at the family home near Clark Mills. He is survived by three sons and one daughter and an aged stepmother. His wife died about two years ago.
Mr. Kelly had been a resident of the town of Cato for many years. He was well and favorably known in the county, and the bereaved family have the sympathy of many friends.
The funeral was held Wednesday forenoon from the Catholic church at Clarks Mills.

STATE OF WISCONSIN, COUNTY COURT FOR MANITOWOC COUNTY.
In the Matter of the Estate of Michael C. Kelley, deceased. In Probate.
An Instrument in writing, purporting to be the Last Will and Testament of Michael C. Kelley of Cato, in said County having been delivered into said Court:
And William Morgan, of Cato, in said County, having presented to said Court his petition in writing duly verified, representing, among other things, that said Michael C. Kelley died testate, at the town of Cato, in said County, on the 28th day of January, 1907, that said Instrument is the Last Will of said deceased, and that William Morgan is named therein as Executor, and praying that said Instrument be proven and admitted to Probate and that letters Testamentary be thereon issued to him.
It is Ordered: That said petition and the matters therein be heard, and proofs of said last Will and Testament be taken, at a General term of said County Court, to be held at the Probate Office in the city of Manitowoc, on Tuesday, the 5th day of March, 1907, at 10 o'clock A.M.
And it is Further Ordered: That notice of the time and place of said hearing be given by publication hereof for three successive weeks, once each week, previous to the time of said hearing, in the Manitowoc pilot, a newspaper published in said Manitowoc County.
