Mr. James Halloran, an old and prominent citizen of Maple Grove, died at his residene on Thursday last after several weeks' sickness.

IN PROBATE,-MANITOWOC COUNTY COURT.
In the matter of the estate of James O. Holloran (sic), deceased.
On reading and filing the petition of Margaret Holloran, of the town of Cato, in said county, representing among other things that James O. Holloran, late of said county, on the 22nd (sic) day of September, A.D., 1877, at the town of Cato, in said county, died testate (sic), leaving goods chattels and estate within this state, and that the said dedeased (sic) left a will which was presented with said petition, and that the said petitioner is the widow of said deceased, and praying that administration of said estate, with the will of said deceased annexed, to be her granted, it is ordered that said petition be heard before this court, on Tuesday, the 26th day of June, A.D., 1883, at ten o'clock A.M., at my office in said county.
Ordered further, that notice thereof be given to the heirs of said deceased, and to all persons interested, by publishing a copy of this order for three successive weeks prior to said day of hearing, in the Manitowoc Pilot, a weekly newspaper published at Manitowoc, in said county.
Dated at Manitowoc, the 29th day of May, A.D., 1883.
