Lylas Allridge was the daughter of Charles Raymond Allridge and Pearl Larsen. She married Edwin M. "Ted" Wycherley on September 21, 1940, in Price, Utah.

LYLAS ALLRIDGE WYCHERLEY

PRICE/AMERICAN FORK - Lylas Allridge Wycherley passed away March 24, 2008 surrounded by her loving family.

She was born Sept. 4, 1919 in Ferron to Raymond and Pearl Larsen Allridge. She married Edwin M. Wycherley on Sept. 21, 1940 in Price. Their marriage was later solemnized in the Manti LDS Temple.

She was an active member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and served in many callings. She was a devoted temple worker in the Provo and Mt. Timpanogos LDS Temples for 17 years.

She was a Daughter of the Utah Pioneers.

Survived by one daughter and two sons, Vicki (Fred) Booth, Samuel K. (Jayleen S.), Edwin M. (Lynda); 10 grandchildren, 21 great-grandchildren; sisters, Norma Shumway, Juanita Allen, Marjorie Salisbury; and brother, Keith Allridge. Preceded in death by her husband, Edwin (Ted); son, Pete; sisters, Merle Kartchner and Helen Allridge; brother, Lee Allridge; and great-granddaughter, Micole Waldron.

Funeral services will be Friday, March 28, at 10 a.m. at the American Fork 29th LDS Ward, 673 East 300 North. Friends may call Thursday evening from 6 to 8 p.m. at Anderson and Sons Mortuary, 49 E. 100 North, American Fork and Friday at the church from 9 to 9:45 a.m. prior to the services. Interment, Price City Cemetery at 3 p.m.
