"CLEMSON - Entered into rest, at West Chester, Pa., on Tuesday, February 3, the Rev. John B. Clemson, D. D., in the 88th year of his age.
Funeral services at the Church of the Holy Trinity, West Chester, on Saturday, February 7, at 12 o'clock noon. The clergy of the dioceses of Pennsylvania and Delaware are specially invited to attend. Trains leave Broad street Station at 8.53 and 10.15 A.M. Interment private, at Laurel Hill."

John's middle name was Baker so should be John Baker Clemson, he was the son of Thomas Green Clemson, III and Elizabeth (Baker) Clemson, and Brother of Thomas Green Clemson, IV the one that Clemson University was name after in Clemson, South Carolina.
