Aged 96 years. Grandma died peacefully at Anaster Aged Care Facility at Eastwood South Australia, from Alzheimers. Grandma was born on Oct 25th 1911 in Footscray Victoria to Alfred Edward Boddington and Beatrice Emma May Richards. Grandma was the youngest of three children, Alfred and Elizabeth May. Grandma was joined in holy matrimony to Grandpa on Apr 20th 1935 at Kensington South Australia. Grandma was survived by 2 daughters and 1 son, 11 grandchildren and 23+ great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by Grandpa, her parents, and her 2 daughters Pamela and Kay, 2 son-in-laws Bill Wade and Peter Fisher.
She was a wonderful wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother. She was the best cook in the world and would always make me gem scones when I went to visit her at Taplan (near Loxton South Australia heading towards the Victorian border). She will always be missed as she was so much part of our life for so long.
