Marie Helen Boston, 90, passed away on July 30, 2012 in Houston, Texas. Marie was born in St. Louis, Missouri on March 2, 1922. She and her husband, Dale Boston, settled in Corpus Christi, Texas at the end of WW II in 1946. Marie worked at Texas Gold for 15 years, was a life member of Beta Sigma Phi, and an active volunteer for the Salvation Army. She was known for her bingo skills, kindness, humor and devotion to her family. She will be missed by all who knew and loved her.

Marie is preceded in death by her beloved husband, Dale, of 65 years.

She is survived by her daughters Vicki Fields (Scott) of Portland, Oregon and Kathy Gamble (Bret) of Houston, Texas; grandson Ryan Gabbart (Sarah) of Houston, Texas; sister Pat Anthony of St. Louis, Missouri.

Visitation will be held from 6:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. on Friday, August 3, 2012 at Seaside Funeral Home.

Funeral Mass will be at 10:00 A.M. on Saturday, August 4, 2012 at Most Precious Blood Catholic Church.

Interment will follow at Seaside Memorial Park Mausoleum.
