Ruby G. Srnka, 81, Casco Village, died Sunday, Oct. 2, 2005. She was born July 23, 1924, in Kewaunee to the late Felix and Nellie (Juza) Urban. Ruby was employed at Algoma Hardwoods until retirement. She married Eugene Srnka on Oct. 27, 1945, at Holy Rosary Catholic Church, Kewaunee. He preceded her in death July 19, 2002. She is survived by one daughter and son-in-law, Diane and James Thiry, Luxemburg; two granddaughters, Deborah (Jeff) Bukouricz, Luxemburg; Dawn Thiry and special friend, Dale Hilander Jr., Sister Bay; one great-granddaughter, Jordan Bukouricz; one great-grandson, Chase Bukouricz; three sisters-in-law, Esther Urban, Lorraine Srnka, Mary Jane Srnka. She was preceded in death by one brother, Alferd Urban; one sister, Johanna Chars; brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law. Friends may call at Wiesner and Massart Funeral Home, Casco, from 8 to 10 a.m. Wednesday, Oct. 5. Mass of Christian Burial will be Wednesday 10:30 a.m. at Holy Trinity Catholic Church, Casco, with Fr. Milton Suess officiating. Entombment in Shrine of Good Shepherd Mausoleum
